1. Service description

CallM8 is an AI missed call management service for tradespeople. When you miss a call, CallM8 can respond by text, collect job details, and help with booking workflows based on your setup.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use CallM8 to:

  • Break any applicable law or regulation
  • Send abusive, deceptive, or unlawful communications
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service
  • Use the platform in ways that infringe third-party rights

3. Payment terms (when live)

Paid plans will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. Plan prices, limits, and inclusions are shown at signup. If payment fails, we may pause or restrict service access until payment is completed.

4. Liability limitations

CallM8 is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or business interruption.

5. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, payment obligations are not met, or continued service poses legal or security risks.
